• 12 inch 5/8 Inch Faux Canvas, 444-58-09 Ivory
• 6 inch    2.5 Inch Cotton Blend, 468-25-02 Plain
• 6 inch    3/8 Inch Lace Ribbon, 390-38

Other Supplies Used:

• Scissors
• Adhesive
• Canvas
• Mini composition book

Instructions:

• Adhere canvas to composition book cover, smooth flat. Trim excess canvas away following the edge of composition book.

• Adhere 2.5 Inch Cotton Blend to spine. Add 3/8 Inch Lace Ribbon just under the frayed edge with adhesive.
• Tie 5/8 Inch Faux Canvas around composition book in a bow.
