DIY St. Patrick’s Day Treat Bags

Happy March! – daylight savings time, lighter longer, spring break, and Easter, but first – St. Patrick’s Day.  I’m not Irish, but I do have little kids so we try to celebrate just about any holiday that calls for special food and special customs.  And because I’m craftylike, I always try to make the littles something fun for the occasion.

GoodLuckGreen3I die cut a little green pouch to house a glassine bag full of little green & white puff candies.

GoodLuckGreen2And then I just embellished the heck out of it with pretty much any diecut that had green on it, stamped a “good luck” to go with the occasion, and then finished it off with this gorgeous silky white wired ribbon from May Arts

GoodLuckGreen1Thanks for stopping by today!  More of me can be found on my blog.
