Simple Card Layout

Day 2 of May Arts / Glue Arts Blog Week!

Simple Card Layout

Sometimes I forget about a upcoming occasion and I need a card FAST!

This card layout is perfect for those situations….

You will need:

  • A2 Card base
  • Red cardstock
  • White cardstock
  • Black ink
  • Grey ink
  • Red Ink
  • Three buttons
  • Glue Arts Foam tape
  • Buttons
  • Corner rounder
  • Clear Tape
  • Glue Arts-Glue Glider Pro

  • Cut red cardstock to fit front of card leaving a margin around it
  • Round corners
  • Stamp “Congratulations”
  • Run May Arts ribbon across red cardstock and tape edges under backside.
  • Adhere red cardstock to card base using foam tape
  • Stamp frames onto white cardstock by masking, stamp frame on a scrap piece of paper and cut out to use as a mask over the center frame to prevent the lines from overlapping.
  • Attach to red cardstock using foam tape
  • Glue buttons on bottom left side of card
