Happy Birthday to your little dude!
I don’t have any pics of the project handy but I made a really pretty card for my Mom’s 89th birthday. It had a heart design that I colored in violet/lavender tones and of course, some pretty ribbon trim!

Well . . . it’s been a while since I made my last birthday card – it was for my daughter who gave me explicit instructions on how to make it. Talk about a challenge. 😉 Ah, but it was fun and I love how it turned out. Here ’tis.

my son likes gift cards, so I ran some red cardstock thru the Swiss Dots embossing folder, and then ran a black inkpad over it – his ladybug card.

Lots of birthday cards! Yesterday was one of my sister’s and my brother’s birthdays (yes, on the same day!). Also, my today my best friend from high school has her birthday. Tomorrow is another friend’s day. I should have taken a group pix of all of them, but I didn’t. (Needed to get them in the mail.)

My best birthday celebration was my nieces 6th birthday. I made her everything princess. Anything and everything you can think of was princess. I love finding all the paper and stickers down to finding the perfect ribbon and flowers to match. I even made a princess cake….that was so fun. It was a great day and I will always remember it.

My favorite birthday project so far was for my oldest daughter’s 1st birthday. I took some of the pictures of her opening presents and cut them into balloon shapes. I then took different color ribbons to look like they were a bunch of balloons tied up together. I then made a tear bear to hold the bunch of balloons. It was very cute but I’m at work so I can’t get a picture of it right now!!

one of the best birthdday projects I’ve done is send through the mail a litter plastic soda bottle filled with all sorts of prizes to my niece. It was full of candy, fun shaped erasers, a beanie babie and more. did that for a couple of years and she love it.
