Ribbon Change-Up!

Twas 2 weeks before Christmas, Crafts were not done… I am not good at rhyming, but you get the idea!  You are finishing up last minute tags, gifts, cards, projects… and you run out of the ONE perfect ribbon for the project!  We have all been there.

First step: Don’t panic.

Second step: Take a deep breath.

Third step: Take time for a cup of tea, or hot chocolate. (or Christmas cookie!)

***So many May Arts ribbons can be “the PERFECT RIBBON.” Look at your selection, grab a few different options, and as they say on PROJECT RUNWAY….”make it work.”***

Go with another ribbon!? I thought I had to buy more. 🙂 I love my ribbon.

My daughter was throwing ribbon away that was used on gift packages. I tried to save it, but she grabbed it and tossed it saying I didn’t need more. I went through the garbage and pulled it back out! 😀

Now I see, what, six more ribbons I need to have. Thank you for sharing with us.

What a great idea to show all these and to remind us not to get all worked up but just go to plan b. All these cards are very cute.

This one made me laugh-use a different ribbon-no way I want all the ribbon! Whenever I see a design I like-if I don;t have the ribbon my brain sees it as an opportunity to just buy more! I will try hard to make some of thee cards and actually use ribbon I already have.

  9. Pam Spradlin

It is interesting how the different ribbon makes the card different.

What a shame to run out of your favorite ribbon! But yes, I use my scraps of ribbon too!
