Jen here with a fun idea to use your May Arts ribbon & Glue Arts adhesive!
First collect your supplies
It’s pretty simple to wrap the adhesive around the barrette
The great thing about this adhesive is that you can uncover as much as you want, making it easier to add the ribbon in easy increments!
It goes quickly, so you can use some other colors of ribbon (XJ10, XJ05) and make a couple more
You may have noticed the bling? It adds some fun right?
Using the same technique for wrapping the ribbon around the barrette, I used some pink grosgrain (sx17) and made another barrette to embellish.
I also used the super strong & easy to use Glue Arts Extreme Adhesive Squares!
I pulled out the gorgeous sheer/woven rosettes (353-17) & cut one of the rosettes out – here you see I’ve used a few squares on the back of it:
I used more of the adhesive squares to add bling to the center.
Next I pulled out those fun satin leaves (BY16), cut them apart & added adhesive squares
I layered a few of these for a fun detail!!
You could also use the leaf ribbon (BY66) as a stem
I think a couple of these packaged up would make a cute & thoughtful gift!
