"Never need an excuse to decorate & I have a serious ribbon addiction!!! My fall decorating begins with Halloween which has long been one of my favorite holidays. "Witchy woman" is created out of fabric, trim & ribbon scraps, twigs, beads, buttons, craft spiders & other novelty items. She stays out all year & is always a topic of conversation! "

I decorate the wreath on the front door with ribbon, attach ribbon to the vase that is on the dining room table filled with fall flowers, and make bows attached to picks placed in the front of the mums that are on the front porch.

I’m not a fan of the mess created when carving pumpkins… so this year we’ll leave them whole and my kids will help me decorate them with some fabulous ribbons and buttons glued on. Easy-peasy!

I have decorated my living and dining rooms with autumn themed decorations like pumpkins, scarecrows, etc. I’m hoping to have time next week to make a banner to hang over my kitchen window, too.

I’ve got a simple centrepiece which changes with the seasons. It’s just a vase filled with some painted twigs (the colour also changes as required) which I decorate differently as I see fit. For Autumn I hung paper birds from the branches…. strung up with some stunning ribbon of course 🙂

You guys are so crafty.. considering it’s spring down here, not really thinking about fall decorating… but I’d love to use a fun piece of ribbon to hang some Christmas cards up on the wall?

I love buying regular hand towels at the market and then bringing them home to decorate with ribbon. A bit of sewn ribbon can go a long way! I think those pumpkins would be super cute sewn onto a towel!

I have a grapevine wreath that hangs by my front door and I love updating it with seasonal themes. For fall, some dried flowers (hydrangeas or sunflowers are lovely) along with a complimentary May Arts ribbon bow and streamers make a lovely presentation.
