Fun Craft Idea: St. Pat’s Pin

73Here’s a quick, fun & pretty way to make sure you avoid being pinched on St. Patrick’s Day! I’ve put the new sheer frayed flowers to work for this project. I cut one from the backing ribbon.

11I got out my glimmer mist by Tattered Angels (key lime pie).

21I gave it a couple of coats, letting it dry in between.

31I cut a piece of green felt to use as my backing.

41I used a scalloped nestability die for a pretty edge, but you could just trim around the flower! I used my Helmars Craft glue to attach the felt to the flower, and then hand stitched some pearls to the center.

51The craft glue was used again to attach the pin to the back.

61I added it to a button card to make it a cute gift! (Although my daughter has already claimed it! :-))

72Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you’ve been inspired!
