Vintage Gifting

I’ve got some pretty shares today, thanks to the combination of Vintage Street Market products & May Arts Ribbon! :-)

First up- I stepped out of my norm to make a 5×7” card! I wanted to use a large section from a decorative printed sheet found in the Dimestore Vogue collection!

I paired it up with a buckle from the Tags & Things sheet (which I added glossy accents to), some ¾” pink striped twill, and some 5/8” fuchsia scallop edged satin along the top.

I’ve also got a cute package & card to share!

For the card I used some of the Brown Crepe Paper sheet as my base, and the Tinted Aged Tape to secure it. A Bingo Craft Card, topped with a tag from the Dimestore Vogue Tags & Things sheet were used, with the buttons (also from the Tags & Things sheet) tied with Burlap String & popped up with Helmar Zap dots. I used ivory scallop edged satin tied with black Baker’s twine on the top of the button card.

Some natural crochet dresses up the bottom of the bingo card!

And here’s the cute package! I wrapped the package in the opposite side of that same printed sheet- it is so fun! It’s topped with a tag from the Tags & Things sheet (tied on with burlap string), and embellished with a Bingo card, a cute ticket, and a paper button covered in glossy accents.  It’s also taped with the Aged Tinted Tape, and tied up with a beautiful pink sheer box pleat bow!

Thank you to Vintage Street Market for such darling products to play with! And thank you for your time! I hope you’ve been inspired!

This entire blog entry makes me yearn for a grilled ham sandwich and a root beer float at the lunch counter at Woolworth's.

I'd like to put an order in for the 2 dresses. Thanks. How cute is that package? I'd have to channel my inner grandmother and open it carefully, smoothing as I went. "This is niiiiiiiiiiiice paper."

Ok, that card/tag is awesome, especially with the trendy chevrons mixing with the vintage. I love your wrapping too, the frill that the fuscia ribbon brings a really cool vibe.
