Make Your Own Sweet Stamp Shop Cards

sweet stamp13

The images from the Sweet Stamp Shop are so fun! I’ve combined them with some fab May Arts ribbon to make a couple of cards!

First up The ‘Core’ Of It set!

12I stamped the image in black, and colored with prismacolor pencils. I put my new favorite DCWV stack to use (The Carnival Stack). I die cut a window then adhered the ¾” elastic/plaid ruffle to the underside. A little machine stitching to secure it & done!

I also used the little gumball machine from Sweet Tooth.

32Lots of fun details on this one! I started with the gumball machine, colored it with prismacolor markers and then created ‘gumballs’ with the May Arts burlap string in red, pink, bittersweet & olive by making French knots.

42I die cut the image and layered on top of more of that great Carnival DCWV paper.

52 Do you see the fun aqua ruffle? I used 2 pieces of 5/8″ sheer ruffle ribbon to create that! How about those red knots? They are knotted pieces of the solid/wrinkle ribbon. Fun!

Thanks so much to the Sweet Stamp Shop for these fun images to work with! And thank you for your time! I hope you’ve been inspired!
