St. Pat’s Pin

Here’s a quick, fun & pretty way to make sure you avoid being pinched on St. Patrick’s Day! I’ve put the new sheer frayed flowers to work for this project. I cut one from the backing ribbon.

I got out my glimmer mist by Tattered Angels (key lime pie).

I gave it a couple of coats, letting it dry in between.

I cut a piece of green felt to use as my backing.

I used a scalloped nestability die for a pretty edge, but you could just trim around the flower! I used my Helmars Craft glue to attach the felt to the flower, and then hand stitched some pearls to the center.

The craft glue was used again to attach the pin to the back.

I added it to a button card to make it a cute gift! (Although my daughter has already claimed it! :-) )

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you’ve been inspired!
