It’s hard to believe it’s almost halloween! Is your pumpkin carved yet? Have you stocked up on chocolate for the trick-or-treaters? I am so not ready! But with these little boxes I feel at least one step closer!
The treatboxes can be any type…for mine I used a die to create the box itself, but there are plenty of free templates you can Google!
I also have some trivia for you: a “group” of bats is called either a colony – or a camp! Who makes up the names for gaggles of things, anyway! Ha! I made a bunch of these boxes with bats on them…
And for my friends who might not appreciate bats, I broke out some of my favorite chevron ribbons and skipped the googlies…
I hope you go out and make a few ribbon bats yourself!

These are just too cute love the bats how perfect for a little ones they would be
Very clever and fun!
This is a very cute idea Sandy. They would easily adapt for many occasions…how about a kiss inside for Valentines, or an egg all decorated for Easter. Kids would love a great little surprise inside.
soo cute and fun creepy
Cool treat boxes with or without the googly eyes.
Loved your gogglie eyed "bats"! But then also liked the chevron ribbon version for "grown-ups" And yes I liked the background music. Great job Sandy!
