Paper Raffia Star Card

Today I have a quick and easy card using those old stencils you have lying around your scrap room. What better way to use them than with some May Arts Paper Raffia. This stuff is SO COOL! You have to touch it and feel it to appreciate it. It is soft and easy to use…sometimes Raffia can be really stiff but this paper raffia from May Arts is much easier to manage.  I know the first thing we always think of is using raffia on craft projects and gift bags but today I wanted to show you how to use it on a card. You could even do this on a layout as well.
