Mini Journals

Welcome to the May Arts/Hero Arts Blog Hop!  Today, I have a quick and easy project for you made extra special by May Arts Ribbons and the Merci Bouquet Clear Stamp Set from Hero Arts.  I’m going to show you how to get two different looks from one sheet of paper just by changing the ribbons, ink and image.

My inspiration came from this little journal given to me by a friend who had committed to pray for me for several months.  It’s a prized possession and I was inspired to make one for my friends and my children to let them know that they are being remembered daily.

I love the elegance of this image Hero Arts Merci Bouquet paired with May Arts Crochet cotton ribbon.  I cut and layered the flower for more dimension.

This fun bird from the same set, shimmery May Arts Sheer Watermelon ribbon and the reverse side of the paper totally changes the mood of the notebook!

Two great looks from Hero Arts, May Arts Ribbon and a single sheet of paper.  I have a full printable tutorial for you HERE.

Thanks for joining us on the May Arts Blog!  Be sure to check back to see what the other May Arts Designers have to inspire you; and be sure to check out the Hero Arts blog for even more creative ideas!
