Little House Box

Day 2 of May Arts / Echo Park Paper Blog Week!

Hi all and welcome to another day of May Arts & Echo Park Paper. What a fun collaboration, right? Echo Park is definitely one of my favorite companies, and I am so thrilled to be playing with their goodies.

I got to work with Echo Park Happy Days Collection. Oh my goodness, this set is packed with so much yummy goodness.  LOVE!

And here’s my project:

Supplies:

For my box, I used Silhouette to cut out the house & the roof shape. If you don’t have one, you can find probably find a fee template online. Or another option would be to use regular envelope, cut open one of the side, & cover it with patterned paper.

This is how the box looks like before I put them together.

I folded the box & glued it all together. From one of the patterned papers, I cut the flower image and cut it into 4 squares, and adhere to the box. I imagine it like a window with gorgeous flower view. Then added the lace ribbon on the bottom of the box. Add the roof & thread ribbon through it.

Here’s the view from the front. I think I’ll use this box for small present.

I also decided to make a card, since I simply adore this set. For this card I used May Arts Grosgrain Two Band XH94.

That’s it from me today. Hope you like my box & my card. Thank you so much for stopping by here. Have a great day everyone! -Vera

Darling projects! That house bag makes me think of a litle Parisian sweet shop (imaginary, of course). Thanks for the before assembly photo, that helps us copycats to figure out the shapes!
