It seems as
though we sometimes jump straight from Halloween to Christmas, leaving out a
very important holiday: Thanksgiving! So
this week, we are going to ‘rewind’ our themes a bit.
One of our
favorite parts of Thanksgiving is, of course, dinner! We are gathered around our dinner table with good
food & good company. And while
presentation isn’t everything, we do like our tables to look their best!
In what ways
do you incorporate ribbon when decorating your Thanksgiving table? Whether you use ribbon as napkin rings or on
your centerpiece, we want to hear your ideas!

"I am visualizing a gorgeous tablerunner embellished with ribbons.... Stitch lengths of ribbon on a plain store-bought runner to dress it up and add some interest. Use colors that would complement your serving pieces and dinnerware."
"My table always has a Thanksgiving bouquet in a vase with a wide ribbon tied around it. Thanks for the idea for the place cards!"
"I use ribbons on my placecards and to trim my candlesticks on the table. Both allow me to quickly change the colors and look of my table."
"I love the placecard ideas! We use ribbons to dress up our table. I love to tie them around the napkins as napkin rings and decorate candle rings and wreaths."
"I use ribbon to help dress up my plain candles. I also put ribbon on each side of the handle of my basket that holds my flowers. I too loved the idea of the place cards. I will have to try that next year!"
