Christmas Banner

Hi there!  This is such a beautiful time of the year and here in Florida the weather has finally cooled off a bit!! Thank goodness.  Hopefully everyone is gearing up for Halloween, Thanksgiving and most of all Christmas!!  It's time for presents under the tree, huge smiles on the kids faces and Holiday cheer and nothing is more special and fun for me than the holidays.  So when I received the Vintage Street Market paper pack I knew Holiday decor was a must.  Inside the Vintage Street Market pack is an assortment of papers, there was crepe and red metallic foil paper and some game type papers.  The red foil paper just caught my eye and I thought what could I possibly make with it and finally thought a beautiful banner with an assortment of May Arts trim would be perfect.

All the trim used for this banner came from May Arts.  I trimmed the leaves of the Holly Leaves trim and added some red beads to it – to give it a Christmas flair.  I also used the Pearl Trim and Metallic String in red for stringing the banner on.  I then made a snowflake using the VSM red foil paper that came in the package.  This banner came out perfect for the holidays.  I am going to hang it off the fireplace.  So if you're making a Christmas banner for the holidays, May Arts has the perfect trims for the job.

hugs,
Monica

Banners are just so much fun.  I love the pennant shape of  this one, and how glittery it is.  All that ribbon makes me drool!
