Hi everyone, Vera here today. I am here to share a card I made using May Arts gorgeous ribbon. From the moment I saw this solid/stitched center ribbon (BT97) I fell in love with it right away.
And, when I get to play with it and see what a beautiful background it made, I love it even more. Here’s a look at my card:
Here’s the step by step to make this card:
- To make the ribbon background, I cut a rectangle out of cardstock and cover it adhesives. Then I wrap the ribbon around it from top to bottom. Once the whole piece covered, I adhere it to the another rectangle piece slightly larger than the first rectangle, then adhere the whole thing to the card.
- Stamp flower and leaves, color them with markers, fussy cut them, and adhere to the ribbon frame.
- Stamp sentiment.
I think this ribbon is one of my favorite at the moment. I simply love the pattern it created. What do you think?
I hope you like today’s project and be inspired to use ribbon in your project. Thank you for stopping by here at May Arts. Hope you have a beautiful day!
