Card – Halloween Flower

This is Jennifer Ingle here with you today sharing a fun Steampunk Halloween Owl card with a handmade ribbon accent brimming with Halloween fun!

Supplies:

To create the fun accent on this card begin by cutting a length of ribbon and accordion folding it (back and forth) until you have created a circle.

Once you have gone all the way around, use a strong hole punch to punch through the center being sure to include every layer.  Insert a brad through the hole and secure in place.

Once the flower is securely fastened use scissors to trim the edges to bring the flower down to the size that is appropriate for your project.

Finally, embellish our card with more of the ribbon and some burlap string and adhere the flower to the card with a strong adhesive.

Thanks for visiting and have a GREAT day!
