Nowadays everyone have busy schedule. But, just because you’re short of time, doesn’t mean you can’t make a fancy card. My card today is elegant, yet it took me only 5 minutes to complete.
For this card, I decided on the patterned paper first and then I let it dictate the rest of the card. I simply cut a panel out of patterned paper slightly shorter than the length of the card. Then, cut a piece of grosgrain satin edge ribbon and wrap it around the top of the panel. For added elegance adhere lace pearl on top of the first ribbon. Afterward, adhere the panel to card with pop-dots and finish it by stamping sentiment on the bottom corner.
I really think by adding the right kind of ribbon you can easily change the mood of your card. You can make it elegant, fun, CAS, etc. Give it a whirl and let me know what you think.
Hope you enjoy this quick card. Thank you so much for stopping by here at May Arts.

I love, love, love the lace with pearl ribbon! Oh what I could do with it!
WOW, I love the lace pearl ribbon. I have some black and white paper with almost the same print. Now I know what I'm going to do with it!
Isn't it amazing what a little bit of ribbon can do for a card. Beautiful! TFS!
I need to make a bunch of cards–thanks for the great idea.
