All Occasion Cards

Hello All and welcome to my introductory blog spot for the Mat Arts Calling All Bloggers Challenge.

I am so excited about this chance to blog for May Art Ribbons.  I would be completely thrilled and delighted to have this opportunity on a regular basis.  That being said; let’s move on and check out my project; a paper purse that holds 4 all occasion cards and of course it includes lots of fabulous May Arts Ribbons!  This completed project would make a lovely gift.

For this project we started with several different card stocks, black and brown inks, our stamps, adhesives, some bead leaf fronds, a paper flower and of course our incredibly beautiful May Art Ribbons.  I worked with 2 different ribbons on this project.  I incorporated both ribbons on the cards and the purse.  The ribbons I chose to use for this project are: Solid/Stripes 365-2-32 Antique Gold and crochet/Velvet Center 372-15-32 Ivory/Antique Gold.
