A Love Card for Him

Hello everyone! It's Sandy with a love card you can make for that guy who makes your heart skip a beat when he walks in a room! And tell me – do you think it's still masculine with this Sparkly Fluff glitter on it?? I think so, but I'm not sure my opinion would matter if a guy looked at a card with glitter on it!

Supplies:
  • May Arts Suede String (395-18-14)
  • Our Craft Lounge Every Heartbeat stamp set
  • Our Craft Lounge Sparkly Fluff
  • Embossing Powder: Hampton Arts
  • Versamark Ink, Tsukineko
  • Versafine Ink, Tsukineko
  • Tombow Multi Liquid Glue
  • Tonic/Tim Holtz Craft Pick
  • Spellbinders Hearts dies, Circle dies
  • Sizzix Vintaj Big Kick
  • Cardstock in red, black, white
  • Fiskars detail scissors
  • Tonic guillotine trimmer

This was a wondeful card and a great tutorial. Love how you used the ribbon on edge. It really made the card. Yep! I'd qualify it as masculine. And I love how you added the glitter without the mess., Thanks for sharing.

What an absolutely amazing card, and a great video to go with it!

The glitter is very, very subtle.  Yes, the strong red/black/white and nothing "frilly" makes this a masculine card.  The EKG line also give a more masculine feel than femine.  Great job Sandy.

Yes, it's definitely a masculine card.  I've always loved the crisp look of red, white, and black, and your use of these colors is  very effective.  I need to try some clear embossing soon since I have some border stamps that don't look great stamped with ink.  Clear embossing might be the way to go.  Thanks for the video!

Wonderful masculine card!  A very unique idea, love it.  Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I hope you don't mind if I use your idea (I promise they will all go in my OWH box – except for one for my DH)!

This is definitely a masculine card, hands down! The white and black really allow the red touches to pop! And the repeating zigzag shape is just so cool! And the shimmer of the embossing just adds that touch of pizzazz. Love everything about this card!
